Ansgar Delahaye

Sunnyside upP® GmbH

Mr. Ansgar Delahaye (43) studied mechanical engineering at the University Aix la Chapelle with special emphases on energy and environmentalism technique. During his studies he looked after the building and surveying of PV-island-systems at the University of Federico Santa Maria in Chile. After his degree in 1998 he worked as Dipl.-Engineer in the department for research and development at the Solarcampus of the University-Juelich.

During his six years at the Solar-Institut Juelich he initiated and looked after several research projects in the field of energy efficiency in buildings, daylight protection in offices and thermal air heater solar collectors.

Before his change to the TUV Rhineland in Cologne he led the energy-management of a commune of 50.000 individuals for 18 months. Since spring 2006 Mr. Dipl.-Eng. Ansgar Delahaye has worked at the TUV Rhineland and executed the „construction certification of PV-modules”, company inspections and tests with different types of PV-modules. A further emphasis besides the supervision of the customer orientated certifications was the buildup of a MES-System for the TÜV laboratory to control the material flow and the respective status of the tests.

In May 2007 Mr. Dipl.-Eng. Delahaye changed to the PV-Consultant-Company Sunnyside upP® GmbH in Cologne where he takes responsibility of the planning and buildup of module-productions and certification arrangements in several projects.

Another new PV Experts member!

End of May, PV Experts agreed to admit a new member, EXXERGY GmbH from Gräfelfing, just adjacent to Munich in the South of Germany. EXXERGY advises companies that are active in the energy and energy related markets. The focus is on renewable energy and smelting industries. Consulting activities cover all major aspects of business and management consultancy services – from business planning, strategy and organizational development to technology transfer, TQM, financing and market intelligence.
