Manfred Becker

Dipl.-Ing. Manfred Becker completed an Apprenticeship as a Toolmaker and then successfully studied engineering at the University of Siegen.
From 1982 to 1988 he was employed as head of department Logistics with the responsibilities for Procurement, Production Planning and distribution at BERAL Friction Materials. During this period he spend 3 years in South Africa to construct and operate a subsidiary operation in Swaziland.
From 1988 to 1991 he took over the Position as Director Logistics at Square D Company, an American Manufacturer for electromechanical components with the responsibilities for procurement, production planning, process engineering and materials management.
From 1991 to 1996 he was Operations Manager at a metal processing company with the responsibilities for production, procurement and materials management
at the German Spirella company.
From 1997 to 2006 he held the Position of Director Logistics and deputy General Manager at TESCOM Corp. an american Manufacturer of regulators for industry, laboratory, medical and semiconductor use with the responsibility for procurement, production planning and control, materials management and customer service.
In 2006 he took over the position the position of the Director Interservice responsible for the departments General Purchasing, Procurement Capital Equipment, Project Management, Materials Management and Facility Management.
He had a very close focus on Project Management and Procurement of Capital Equipment to secure the above average growth of Q-Cells.
Since 2009 he is Managing Partner of the IMfPES GmbH in Leverkusen.
